Cancellation & Refund Policy

All confirmed course bookings and payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Students are responsible for reviewing course information, schedules, eligibility requirements, and booking conditions before making payment.

If a student cancels a confirmed booking, no refund will ordinarily be provided.

Students who fail to attend, arrive late, or miss required training sessions are not ordinarily entitled to a refund.

Students who voluntarily withdraw after booking or during training are not ordinarily entitled to a refund.

Requests to reschedule must be submitted in advance.

Approval is subject to instructor availability, course capacity, and operational conditions.

Any rescheduling fees will be communicated before acceptance.

If Marine Certification School cancels a course or cannot provide the agreed training, students will be offered appropriate remedies, including refunds where required by applicable law.

Training may be postponed when weather or sea conditions make practical activities unsafe.

Students will be informed of revised arrangements and their applicable rights.

Course fees do not guarantee successful assessment or certification.

Students must meet all applicable IYT Worldwide requirements.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under Thai law.
