These Terms of Use govern access to our website, course enquiries, bookings, training activities, and related services.

By using the website or booking a course, customers agree to the applicable terms and conditions.

Marine Certification School provides maritime education and practical training in Thailand.

Course information, entry requirements, training schedules, fees, and availability are displayed on the website or communicated during booking.

Courses following IYT Worldwide standards must comply with applicable IYT requirements. Marine Certification School does not claim IYT school approval or certification authority unless officially verified.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee course availability.

A booking is confirmed only after the school issues written confirmation and the applicable payment conditions have been fulfilled.

Students must provide accurate personal information and required documentation.

Course fees are clearly disclosed before payment.

Applicable taxes and mandatory additional charges are displayed before payment.

Payments must be processed through the school's approved payment methods.

Students must review the booking conditions before confirming payment.

All confirmed course bookings are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Student cancellations, non-attendance, late arrivals, and voluntary withdrawals do not ordinarily qualify for refunds.

If the school cancels or cannot provide the agreed training, appropriate remedies will be offered in accordance with applicable Thai law.

Students may request to change their training date in advance.

Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability, course capacity, and operational conditions. Approval is not guaranteed.

Any applicable rescheduling charges will be disclosed before acceptance.

Students must meet the entry requirements of their selected course. Requirements may include:

• Minimum age
• Valid identification
• Previous qualifications where applicable
• Online theory completion
• Required documents
• Ability to participate safely in practical training

Students must follow all reasonable instructor instructions and safety procedures.

Required safety equipment must be worn during practical activities.

The school may suspend unsafe training activities or participation when reasonably necessary for safety.

Practical training may be postponed due to unsafe weather, sea conditions, vessel availability, or other operational circumstances.

The school will communicate revised arrangements and provide appropriate remedies in accordance with applicable law.

Participation in training does not automatically guarantee certification.

Students must successfully complete all applicable theory, practical training, assessment, and documentation requirements.

Certificates may only be issued or processed through properly authorised arrangements.

Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable Thai data protection law, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Original website content, school branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party certification marks and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The school will take reasonable safety precautions during training.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections.
